Custom Quote
Property size is based on the total area requiring observation, including the residence, attached garage, covered lanai and any additional structures included in the service agreement. Final pricing is confirmed following a property assessment.
Weekly Home Watch provides one scheduled property visit approximately every seven days, totaling 52 visits annually. Weekly service is billed in 12 equal monthly installments. Visit scheduling is subject to the service agreement and reasonable adjustments for holidays, severe weather, property access and safety conditions.

- Four scheduled visits per billing month. Four monthly visits do not automatically guarantee one visit every seven days throughout the year.

- 52 scheduled visits annually, about one every seven days, billed in 12 equal monthly installments.
Your initial consultation and personalized service quote are always complimentary. Published prices are starting rates and are subject to property assessment and a written service agreement.
