Every plan is built around your home and how often you need us. Each visit includes documented observations, photographs and a digital report, and every client receives a clear written quote before services begin.

One-Time Home Watch Visits
A single scheduled visit for a vacation, business trip or short absence, with no recurring agreement.

Twice-Monthly Home Watch Plans
Two scheduled visits each calendar month for homeowners who want regular, documented check-ins while they are away.

Weekly Home Watch Plans
A scheduled visit approximately every seven days, 52 visits per year, for homeowners who want the most frequent standard coverage.

Customized Home Watch Plans
A visit schedule built around your home, your travel dates and any insurance or HOA requirements, such as four visits per month.
All recurring plans include the same standard visual Home Watch observations and digital visit reports. The difference between plans is primarily visit frequency, not inspection quality.
